\nAt present, this scheme only applies to the designated areas (Please see link below) but may widen to other boroughs in the future.<\/p>\n

If your property does not fall in one of the specified areas, you are not required to apply.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Cost of the License” font_container=”tag:h6|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]Valid for 5 years, the cost of the license is for Enfield \u00a3673.80 | Haringey \u00a3600.00 and is payable in two parts, paid directly to LBE | LBH
\nWhen submitting your application, you must be able to provide the following:<\/p>\n

– Full floor plans with room sizing in m\u00b2
\n– Owners\u2019 details
\n– Mortgage details
\n– All safety certifications
\n– Front & rear photos
