I've had a really positive experience with Connect. They really value me as a client and have been very patient with me, taking care to help me with all my concerns and allay any fears I've had. I have dealt with both Andrew and Chris and both of them have been really friendly and helpful. Mario and Christina too. Chris in particular has been amazing and has made everything so easy for me, bearing in mind that I've been very anxious about moving into a flat on my own. Nothing has been too much trouble for Chris. I love his 'can do' attitude. My partner and I have recently moved to the North London area and were looking for a reputable Estate Agency to help us with finding a flat to rent. Having done some research before settling for Connect Lettings we were drawn in by the fact they are a small family run business with 19 years of experience in the industry. Connect Lettings assisted us with all the necessary paperwork needed. They were very knowledgeable when we went to view a flat we liked and kept us informed with updates on the progress of our references when we finally found somewhere.I would like to personally thank Olga and Andrew for helping us by allowing us to move in 2 days later than our proposed date when our removal van cancelled on us last minute and we had no way of moving in on the day.
